The Production Department is the engine of our business and operates in a highly structured manner following very strict quality standards. The methodologies adopted for the execution of all tasks have been certified for compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005 quality standards.

Production workers are the engine empowering the production. All employees in this stream are involved in and contribute to every aspect of the production process from product placement to feeding, fishing and packaging.

Divers are the shield guarding our product undersea. Divers are responsible for making sure that the fish is growing in the best possible environment.

Production executives are typically trained ichthyologists with many years of experience in every step and function of the production process. At all levels production executives take ownership of one or more function and are responsible for the delivery of products of exceptional quality.
