The Department of Business Realisation is responsible for the execution of a multitude of critical operations such as sales, procurement and
human resources in a highly structured and professional manner. The methodologies adopted for the execution of all tasks have been certified
for compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard.
Entry level employees are typically recent graduates who have a strong academic track record and a genuine interest in the industry and all aspects of the business. They provide support in all functions of the department from the supply of raw materials to client order processing and secretarial support.
Specialist level employees have typically been with us for 2 to 4 years and have demonstrated outstanding performance in one or more primary functions. Specialists have an in-depth understanding of the function they focus on and have received extensive training both at an academic level and within the firm.
Executive level employees are typically employees with outstanding performance at an academic level and extensive experience in the industry. Executives have a very strong understanding of the industry and take ownership of one or more functions within the department.
